- Help advise C-suite and senior executives on digital strategy, innovation roadmaps and transformation at scale
- Deliver end-to-end transformation programs spanning operations, technology and business models

- Contribute on client and internal teams, shaping next-generation digital capabilities and leadership

- Primarily support project delivery, including some business development

Summary of certifications and job requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business or a related field
- At least 8 or more years of relevant experience, including management and individual contributor roles in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, innovation, human-centered design and/or operational improvement within asset-intensive industries
- Experience in mining, energy or industrial sectors, including significant exposure to digital transformation
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs with tangible business impact
- Understanding of industrial operations (e.g., mining, processing, asset management) and enabling technologies (data, AI, automation, OT/IT integration, telecommunications, networks)
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at board and C-suite levels
- A pragmatic, value-driven mindset—focused on outcomes, not technology for its own sake
- Experience in consulting, advisory, or senior industry leadership roles
- Recognized expertise in digital technologies such as data platforms, AI, automation and connected operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value for senior executives and multidisciplinary teams
- Asset: MBA, advanced degree, professional designation and relevant certifications

- Annual base salary from $90,000 to $145,000
