Acting as a resource, facilitator and liaison, supports clients, management and staff to provide coordination, analysis, reporting and auditing support and facilitates daily operations for Corporate Services and other support services. Back up and support for our patient focused hosting model is a key responsibility. You will record, maintain, monitor, and report on our Quality Assurance Programs, and work closely with the Team Leaders and staff to provide training, orientation and best practice instruction, support, coordination and problem solving of work assignments and replacement needs. You will input and/or analyses daily, weekly and monthly statistics and produce reports as required
Secondary school graduate with relevant post-secondary education and/or equivalent
Strong analytical and problem solving skills required
Excellent leadership, customer service and interpersonal skills required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft and in-house applications/databases.
Strong and effective communication and written skills combined with strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced, customer service environment
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous relevant and/or health care experience required
Must have knowledge of THP’s cleaning standards/policies
Performs quality assurance role, carrying out room and other audits and inspections, to ensure quality assurance of Trillium’s cleaning standards.
Acts as liaison and resource person for clients, management and staff, facilitating ongoing daily activities to ensure effective use of resources.
Liaise with vendors to create procedures and training programs for staff
Provides and tracks training and orientation to designated staff, to ensure cleaning best practises and effective use of tools, safety and other standards are fully met
Acts as liaison and support for management, clients and staff, to facilitate and support the Corporate Service hosting model
Provides recording, reporting and analysis for all quality control and assurance programs, including satisfaction surveys
Identifies and resolves issues, and facilitates communication within support services, to ensure patient focused service delivery
Performs all other duties as required
