ProSeal is the residential services division of Seal Canada, a trusted name in exterior property maintenance. We help homeowners protect and improve their properties through asphalt maintenance, seal coating, patching, driveway repaving, window cleaning, power washing, interlock sealing, and concrete sealing. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for motivated, entrepreneurial sales reps to join our team.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a driven, commission-based Sales Representative to generate residential leads, meet with homeowners, provide quotes, and close new business. This is an excellent opportunity for self-starters, canvassers, and sales professionals who thrive in a performance-driven environment with unlimited earning potential.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, connecting with people, and being rewarded based on results.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect and generate leads in residential neighborhoods through canvassing, referrals, and local marketing efforts
- Meet with homeowners in person to discuss their needs and recommend services
- Educate customers on our service offerings and value
- Provide on-site quotes and close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Track leads, customer details, and sales activity using CRM tools
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

What You Bring
- Sales experience in face-to-face, canvassing, or phone sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence working independently and outdoors
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Experience in home services, construction, or trades is an asset
