Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler & Early Childhood Education (ECE) professionals to join our team. Duties
- Provide high-quality care and supervision for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development
- Foster a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive interactions among children
- Maintain detailed documentation of children's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan classroom activities and ensure a cohesive learning experience
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's daily experiences, progress, and any concerns
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention
- Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with licensing regulations and best practices
- Utilize computer skills for record keeping, lesson planning, and communication purposes
- Manage classroom organization efficiently to maximize learning opportunities
Skills
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills in French are a strong plus
- Experience working with children across various age groups, particularly infants and toddlers
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Ability to work effectively with children with disabilities or special needs
- Strong communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills for managing classroom activities and documentation
- Leadership qualities to guide children’s development positively
- Effective time management to balance multiple responsibilities throughout the day
