Bilingual Sales Centre Agent
The Role
If you love travel, we are looking for passionate bilingual (French-English) Sales Centre Agents to join our team. If you are looking to grow your career, this position opens the door to a variety of opportunities within Sunwing Travel Group.
This is a permanent, full-time position where you will help our customers book their dream vacations and plan their travels. You will often be the first point of contact in our customer experience and will play a key role in customer satisfaction.
Schedule and Working Conditions
Position: Permanent, full-time.
Schedule: 35 hours per week during the low season and up to 40 hours per week from December to March, with the possibility of overtime based on business needs.
Shifts: Variable and rotating schedule based on business needs, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
Hours of operation: Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. to midnight. Saturday and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Work location: Remote, with occasional attendance at the office (Laval or Etobicoke) as required by the business.
Your Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately handle calls from business partners and direct customers.
- Understand customer needs, recommend appropriate products and complete their reservations.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience with every interaction.
- Provide clear and professional information while demonstrating active listening and patience.
- Share customer feedback, trends and suggestions to contribute to the continuous improvement of the customer experience.
- Learn and effectively use the various systems and tools required to process customer requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex situations or customer complaints.
- Develop excellent knowledge of our products to adequately answer customer questions.

Your Profile
- Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada (valid visa and work documents, where applicable).
- Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Available to report to the office when required.
- At least one year of customer service or sales experience (an asset).
- Call centre experience (an asset).
- Good knowledge of computer tools, including MS Office, Google Workspace and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and use various computer systems.
- Available to complete mandatory, paid, full-time training for 8 weeks, Monday to Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Attendance is required for the entire duration of the training; reliability and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to pick up company-provided computer equipment at our Laval (YUL) or Etobicoke (YYZ) office.
- Access to a high-speed Internet connection with a direct connection to a modem, as well as a quiet workspace at home.
TICO / OPC Certification
TICO (Ontario) or OPC (Quebec) certification is considered an asset at the time of hire.
If you do not hold this certification, you will be required to obtain it as part of your employment.
There are fees associated with the examination and obtaining the certification. The company will cover the cost of the first examination attempt; subsequent attempts will be at the employee's expense.
