ABOUT THE ROLE
This is not your standard admin job.
You are the engine behind getting our instruments into the hands of players around the world. One moment you’re coordinating invoices and payments, the next you’re carefully packing a high-end clarinet destined for a professional stage somewhere across the globe.
If you are energized by organization, love getting the details exactly right, and take pride in making things run seamlessly behind the scenes; this might be your role.
An order comes in from overseas? You’re already thinking about shipping paperwork, packaging, and how to make sure it clears customs, arrives perfectly, on time, no surprises. That’s the mindset we’re looking for.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Keep the administrative engine running smoothly, supporting invoicing, payments, and day-to-day office operations
- Coordinate worldwide shipments, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately (no missed details)
- Pick, pack, and ship instruments and accessories with care and precision
- Maintain an organized inventory space and perform spot counts
- Work closely with the team to keep orders moving and customers happy
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Attention to Detail: You don’t just notice details, you care about them. You double-check, follow through, and take pride in getting things exactly right.
Communication: Clear, thoughtful communication, written and verbal, is one of your strengths.
Problem Solving & Initiative: You bring solutions, not just questions.
Adaptability: You stay calm under deadlines and shifting priorities.
Tech Confidence: Comfortable with Excel, databases, and business software.
Bonus Points: Shipping or freight experience, including logistics or inventory background
