Position Summary
We are looking for a Property Administration Support individual to provide day-to-day administrative and general office support to the property management team within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, stamp, and deliver mail and packages to appropriate personnel;
- Verify accuracy and completeness of data;
- Identify, label and organize electronic storage media;
- Perform related clerical duties, such as scanning, data base entry, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying;
- Process and code vendor invoices and utilities for executives to approve;
- Contact utility companies to resolve issues;
- Draft correspondences, such as: Default Notices, Renewal Agreement, and Statement of Account;
- Support the executives with special assignments when required;
- Act as a backup for bank runs and deliveries of confidential documents to select locations when required;
- Any additional duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Education and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience, preferably in the Commercial real estate industry.
- High school diploma;
- Completion of college, or other business administration courses are an asset;
- Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures;
- Strong customer service principles and practices;
- Knowledge of computers and current software applications: Microsoft Office Suite, Internet etc.;
- Strong keyboard and computer skills.
Working Conditions
- Typical office hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
- Requires a moderate amount of walking and lifting;
- Requires a moderate amount of sitting for prolonged periods of time while using the computer and headset.
