Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Supervisor to oversee the front desk operations at our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences through excellent customer service, efficient management of front desk activities, and effective team leadership. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring prompt and accurate communication
- Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and support front desk staff to maintain high standards of service excellence
- Oversee reservation management and ensure accuracy in booking records
- Handle administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and reporting
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and procedures, including safety protocols and confidentiality standards
- Assist with special guest requests and coordinate with other departments as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience in front desk or hospitality roles; hotel experience is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse guests effectively
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate staff
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Knowledge of hospitality software systems is advantageous

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
