We are looking for a Professional indivisual to join our team and help us continue to cater to our guests with the same consistency and standards.
Job Description: As a Kitchen Manager you will be the Assistant Team Captain of a hardworking, young team of career cooks interested in pushing limits and exploring innovative ways of nourishing the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the line in busy rush operations
- Monthly inventory and recipe creation
- Ensuring consistency and high standards in food preparation and presentation
- Managing resources, labor, and costs effectively
Qualifications:
- Strong line cook skills with experience in leading busy kitchens
- Experience in corporate kitchens is an asset
- Full-time availability with the flexibility to work morning and evening shifts as required
- A positive attitude and strong leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- High ethical standards and energy
- Genuine interest and knowledge in food, especially pure, sustainable, and made-from-scratch foods
Skills:
- Team player with excellent resource management skills
- Proficient in labor and cost management
- Ability to coach and lead a team effectively
