What you will be doing:

Provide services related to the preparation and distribution of medications, maintaining the drug inventory, and maintaining patient and pharmacy records in a manner consistent with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, as well as pharmacy policies and procedures

Ensure Administrative responsibilities for the store
-
Providing exceptional patient-centered care.

Maintain good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacy and an updated CPR certification
-
Maintaining a professional setting for retail and community outreach pharmacy
-
Maintaining a compassionate environment and supporting patients
-
Maintaining and protecting patient confidentiality
-
Maintaining a professional and collaborative relationship among health care professionals; responding to requests, building rapport
-
Contributing to team effort and corporate goals
-
Perform clinical and drug distribution responsibilities as required.
Your Qualifications:
-
License to practice in the province seeking employment
-
Strong verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
-
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills.
-
Computer proficiency. Hands on Experience with Kroll.
-
A bachelor's degree in pharmacy from a Canadian University.
-
To complete a national board examination through the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada.
-
Practical experience through an apprenticeship or an internship program.
-
Should be registered with Ontario College of Pharmacists.
-
Train in the principles of good pharmaceutical care, including patient counselling and care.
-
Understand all healthcare and pharmacy laws governing pharmaceuticals, pharmacists' roles and pharmacy operations.
