ProSafe Training School has been providing first aid training since 1999. ProSafe operates in 8 locations across the Lower Mainland. While ProSafe is known for delivering First Aid training courses, we also offer classes in health and safety, mobile equipment operation, workplace safety and customer service.
As ProSafe continues to expand we are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position will be based out of our Surrey location.
Job Duties
- Campus Key Holder
- Preparing and maintaining classrooms and courses
- Maintaining campus cleanliness including classrooms, equipment and common areas
- Greeting students
- Managing campus supplies and equipment
- Assisting instructors as needed
- Answering phone calls, emails and assisting inquiries
- Troubleshoot registration issues
- Take registrations from walk-ins
- Data Entry
- Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted, or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing
The Company reserves the right to update or revise the Duties as necessary over time should the Business of the Company change, expand or evolve.
Working hours would look like the following.
Monday to Friday 7:30am - 3:30pm
Candidates Must Have
- Strong customer service skills
- Good oral and written English ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organization skills
- Reliable vehicle and driver’s license
- Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
- A second language
- First Aid experience and certification
