We at Brickworks Paving Ltd are looking for an experienced, driven Hardscape Foreman to lead our team. If you have a sharp eye for detail, strong leadership skills, and expertise in hardscaping, we want you on our team.
What You Will Do
- Lead Crew: Manage daily on-site operations and direct crew members.
- Ensure Quality: Oversee base preparation, grading, and precision brick laying.
- Manage Timelines: Help keep residential and commercial paving projects on schedule.
- Safety First: Enforce strict on-site safety standards and equipment guidelines.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in hardscaping and interlocking brick.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing crews and resolving field issues.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, operate heavy machinery, and set grades.
- Logistics: Valid driver’s license, clean drivers abstract and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, clear communication skills, and reliability.
