Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Tourist Camp Worker to join our team at a scenic fishing and hunting lodge. This role involves maintaining cleanliness, ensuring guest comfort, and providing excellent hospitality services to visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, yard maintenance, boats & motors and enjoy working outdoors in a dynamic setting. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to memorable guest experiences while working in a vibrant, nature-focused environment.
Duties
- Perform yard maintenance duties throughout the season.
- Assist guests at the docks with rental boats and gear providing friendly and helpful service
- Maintain cleanliness of outdoor facilities and cabin areas, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met
- Boat maintenance and repair
- Monitor resort grounds for safety hazards and report issues promptly
- Bear Bait activities and hunt prep
- Assist with light maintenance tasks to keep the resort well-maintained and inviting
Requirements
- Previous experience with boats and small motors experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude towards guests
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual with good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift light to moderate loads and perform physical tasks associated with outdoor maintenance tasks
Pay: $150.00 per day
