A well-established small company is seeking an individual with custom crating experience.
This is a full-time position, straight day shift, 7 am to 3.30 pm.
This role will see you involved in the day-to-day operation of our growing business and requires the following:
· Ability to listen carefully and gather instructions to complete tasks.
· Familiar with reading assembly drawings.
· Conscientious, dedicated, skilled individual with attention to detail.
· Flexibility to perform other duties as may be required in a small business
· Measure in metric and imperial.
· Know hand and power tools. Drills, drivers, saws.
· Protective packaging of delicate items
· Experience with plastics, wood, and metal a plus
This role would suit a down-to-earth individual who can work to deadlines. Reliability in getting the job right the first time is also crucial.
· Must have a reliable Vehicle.
· Experience with framing and general construction
· Measure and make custom Crates.
· Work well with a team and take direction.
· Good oral and written communication skills.
· The ability to liaise with shop floor personnel and Managers.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Skill Requirements: Completion of high school
The wage will be $24.00/hour to start.
