At Cabin Cannabis, we are passionate about sharing our knowledge and expertise with the canna-curious, the experienced users, as well as those looking to rediscover cannabis in the legal market.
We are seeking to hire Retail Store Associates who are friendly, reliable and service driven individuals who have a passion for cannabis, and enjoy sharing your cannabis knowledge and educating others.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Proudly represent the CABIN brand in everyday interaction with store guests and fellow team members.
· Work as part of an efficient and effective team; maintain a positive work culture and atmosphere.
· Ensure that all CABIN standard operating procedures are properly followed, and uphold Federal and Provincial compliance to the highest standard.
· Perform age verification duties while maintaining strict customer confidentiality.
· Create an engaging and welcoming customer experience within the store and cultivate meaningful relationships through trust and rapport with our guests to establish customer loyalty.
· Act as a socially responsible vendor of cannabis by providing accurate information and appropriate product knowledge to assist customers in selecting cannabis products to meet their preferences while promoting responsible adult cannabis use.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge regarding emerging cannabis products, consumption methods, devices and accessories.
· Provide feedback and learnings to your Management Team that will help build our brand stance and elevate our guest services.
· Ensure efficiency, accuracy and accountability in all cash desk management operations that uphold our loss prevention, provincial and federal standards.
· Ensure efficiency and accuracy in picking, packing and fulfilling product orders.
· Ensure efficiency and accuracy in sorting, counting and labeling incoming product inventory.
· Communicate to your management team any opportunities with product inventory (sell through’s/discrepancies).
· Support in the upkeep and cleanliness of the store and organize product shelving and displays as needed.
· Comply and maintain all required training and certifications required by Provincial and Federal law.
· Support the Store Management Team as needed.
WHAT YOU BRING:
· A positive and friendly attitude
· Cannabis experience is an considered an asset
· Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs
· Must be flexible with hours of work
· CannSell.ca certification required
· Criminal background check required
