Job Title: Order Processing Office Admin
Industry: Consumer Products Distribution
We are a fast-paced consumer products distribution warehouse supplying large retail chains. We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized professional to support order processing, coordination, and accounts receivable functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process wholesale orders with high accuracy using QuickBooks and other ERP systems.
- Prepare customer documentation (invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, BOLs)
- Create and maintain product listings and SKU data
- Verify pricing, quantities, and retailer compliance requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, freight carriers, and service providers
- Respond to retailer and supplier inquiries in a timely manner
- Track shipments and resolve order discrepancies
- Manage Accounts Receivable:
- Issue invoices and apply customer payments in QuickBooks
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain organized digital filing systems and internal records
- Support inventory reporting and data entry tasks
- Perform other operational duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Computer savvy (Excel, email platforms, order management systems)
- Professional English written and verbal communication skills
