Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
* Receive & reply to incoming phone calls, web chat, email, and other sources of social media inquiries.
* Book Service, Maintenance and Estimates through our user-friendly customized scheduling software
* Manage service workload to ensure just in time service combined with getting the right tech to the job, as well as providing updates as needed
* Follow up on customer requests for service, estimates and membership agreements
* Offer our customers personalized products, services and solutions
* Processing of payments and other duties to enhance our customers service experience
You are our ideal candidate if
* You have excellent time management, customer service, multitasking and organizational skills
* You can effectively communicate with customers and collaborate with team members in a timely manner
* Must be able to effectively work alone and juggle multiple priorities
* Previous scheduling experience is a definite asset
* HVAC background/experience is a definite asset
* You enjoy working in a fast-paced environment!
