Responsibilities include:
- Patient Interaction: Warmly greet, check-in, and check out patients, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience.
- Scheduling: Manage appointment scheduling, including recalls and treatment calls, to maintain a smooth office flow.
- Dental Assisting and Clinical Support: Assist with sterilization, prepare and turn over operatories, and chair-side assisting.
- Administrative Duties: Support scheduling operations, answer phone calls, handle patient inquiries, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Other responsibilities may be required
What we’re looking for:
- Dental Assistant certification and chair-side experience
- HARP certification (MANDATORY)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive, reliable, and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
