Goldcare/Systems Administrator
We are now accepting applications for the position of Goldcare/Systems Administrator. This is a permanent full-time position This position will be scheduled to work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday.
The Ideal Candidate:
- A degree or diploma in relevant discipline from a recognized educational institution. Other post-secondary diplomas or degrees may be considered with relevant knowledge, skills, abilities and competencies.
- Previous experience and demonstrated technical proficiency in database administration, training and support, troubleshooting and problem-solving as well as workflow design and development.
- High proficiency and working knowledge of Goldcare Healthcare Information Management Software.
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer-based data management, network systems, end-point maintenance and updating and/or demonstrated capacity to learn same.
- Ability to competently operate and provide support & training to others in the use of various technologies.
- Good familiarity with common computer productivity applications and utilities.
- Highly effective interpersonal communication skills and customer service focus to establish and maintain positive relationships with various stakeholders within the organization and third party vendors and consultants.
- Strong written communication skills, including the ability to generate reports and track key performance indicators
- Demonstrated effectiveness with organizational, time management skills and detail orientation.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team setting.
Desired qualifications will include:
- Prior experience with Goldcare administration.
- Prior experience using business-critical information database systems.
- Demonstrated skill in business analysis, process development and improvement.
- Valid Class G driver’s license.

Ensures that interactions with clients are therapeutic and supportive as appropriate to the position. Maintains appropriate and accurate records according to accepted standards and practices.
Hours of Work:
As a member of the HR team, the successful candidate will work in the business office but may be required to attend other sites on occasion as circumstances dictate. Hours of work would typically align with regular business hours, but hours of work and work assignments may vary depending on the operational needs of the program.

Pay Rate: $35.36 - $41.72 (subject to experience and qualifications)
