Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with computer roles and highly organized. This role is vital in maintaining efficient workflow, managing correspondence, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff alike in a growing operation.
Duties
- Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and assisting inquiries
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Google Workspace and other softwares.
- Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
- Support and assist with book keeping tasks
- Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proofread correspondence and documents for accuracy and clarity
- Support team with miscellaneous clerical duties including copying, scanning, and mailing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills including professional phone etiquette and customer service experience
- Data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed
- Experience with filing systems and document management
