What You’ll Do
- Research and identify relevant trade shows, networking events, business forums, and other opportunities to connect with potential clients and business partners.
- Represent the company at industry and networking events by introducing our business, promoting our services, exchanging business cards, and building relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Proactively identify and connect with potential clients, business contacts, and referral opportunities through networking and in-person outreach.
- Maintain and organize business contact information and assist with follow-up communications after meetings and events.
- Assist with planning and organizing company events, including venue setup, on-site support, and taking photos and videos during events.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable building relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- A quick learner who is eager to understand our business, services, and industry.
- Interested in business development, marketing, financial services, or event management.
- A valid Canadian driver’s licence is an asset.
- Previous experience is a plus, but not required.
