Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. As a Lead HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that installations are completed efficiently, safely, and up to code, while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of HVAC installers to complete installations on time.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical wiring as perproject requirements.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure installations meet company standards andcustomer expectations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installations.
- Educate customers on proper use and maintenance of installed systems.
- Maintain accurate records of installation activities and materials used.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.
- Requirements:
- Proven experience with at least 2 years as lead installer
- Proficiency in installing HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heatpumps, and ductless systems.
- Strong understanding of HVAC codes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality workmanship.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environmental conditions.Licensing/Certificates:
- Driver’s license
- Gas Fitter 2 or 1
- ODP (Ozone Depletion Prevention)
- At least one of the following trade licenses: 308A, 313A or 313DSkills:
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team of installers.
- Technical: Proficient in HVAC installation techniques and troubleshooting.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication with team members andcustomers.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Organizational: Manage time and resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

Pay: $28.00-$40.00 per hour
