Reporting to the Executive Director, Administration and Finance, the successful candidate will play a key role in transforming data into strategic insights that support informed decision-making. This individual will be responsible for developing and monitoring a variety of business analyses and reports. They will identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs), establish performance benchmarks, and develop dashboards to effectively track and communicate organizational performance.
The Business Intelligence Analyst will work closely with the Human Resources team, directors, and supervisors across the firm, acting as a trusted partner in delivering meaningful insights and recommendations.
