About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Executive to drive growth across Central and Western Canada. In this position, you will manage and expand our B2B client base, leveraging Hybrid Packaging's diverse product lines. This role offers a hybrid work model, blending remote work with territory travel and occasional office visits. It is ideal for a sales professional with moderate experience who is ready to take ownership of a major regional territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow territory sales across the GTA, Central and Western Canada
- Build strong relationships with new and existing industrial/commercial clients.
- Promote product lines including custom packaging, labeling, and facility sanitation supplies.
- Manage sales cycles from cold outreach to closing and ongoing account management.
- Travel regularly within the assigned Central and Western Canada territory to meet clients face-to-face.
Qualifications
- Sales experience: 3–5 years of proven B2B sales success (moderate experience).
- Industry knowledge: Experience in packaging, industrial labels, or janitorial supplies is highly preferred.
- Language skills: English fluency is required; French fluency is a strong asset.
- Mobility: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Central and Western Canada.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, self-motivation, and excellent territory management.
