Job Description
Report directly to and support the General Manager in managing the overall operations of the restaurant.
Main Job Duties
- Organize daily restaurant operations and provide improvement recommendations
- Recruit staff and oversee staff training to maintain the “QJD” franchise standard
- In-charge promotional programs & coordinate with service providers on website design, e-marketing
- Gather patron feedback and make recommendations on food menu and drink list
- Discuss catering/banquet, food and beverage arrangements with clients on event bookings
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in English, Korean and Mandarin
Job Requirements
- A university degree or college diploma
- At least 1 year of work experience at a “QJD” franchise
- Previous work experience in online marketing and promotions for Chinese restaurant
- Previous work experience on arranging catering and banquet details for Chinese restaurant
- Knowledge on Northern Chinese cuisine menu planning
- Knowledge on beverages, in particular, Chinese tea and popular Asian beverage products and trends
- Fluency in English a must; communication skills in Korean and Mandarin an asset
