Job Description:
We are looking for Maintenance Technician staff in various hotel locations in the GTA.
SALARY: $30 CAD hour
SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Tasks:
Perform general repairs and maintenance of guest rooms and hotel facilities. Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems. Complete preventative maintenance tasks according to schedule. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations. Travel between multiple hotel locations as required to provide maintenance support.
Requirements:
- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel, commercial, or residential setting.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Valid certification or trade experience is considered an asset.
- Must be mobile and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation, as travel between hotel properties throughout the GTA is required.
IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT: Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
