The role of Associate Insurance Advisor II, you'll work closely alongside other insurance advisors, playing a key role in supporting and growing the agency through personal lines (auto and home) sales and service.

- Collaborate & Grow: Drive the sales, service, and profitable growth of personal lines products while contributing to overall team goals.
- Advise with Care: Build genuine relationships with clients and recommend auto and home insurance solutions that best meet their unique needs.
- Prospect Together: Actively seek new opportunities while identifying additional products and services that help protect our clients and their families.
- Manage Risk: Complete front-line risk assessments, underwriting selections, and property inspections.
- Problem Solve: Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns with empathy, and support your teammates to deliver an exceptional client experience.

To Join The Team, You'll Need
- A valid General Insurance License and a commitment to maintaining provincial continuing education requirements.
- A minimum of two years' insurance industry experience, including personal lines sales, is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of auto and property insurance products.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and customer service skills.
- A valid driver's license and insurance.
Note: A Criminal Record Check and Consumer History background check will be required as a condition of employment.

Expected Salary Range
$45,000–$50,000 Base Salary
Plus the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn additional compensation based on individual and business performance.
A Note on Salary
Final compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and local market conditions.
