Field Welder
Overview
Advanced Foundations Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Welder to join team. Our Field Welder is responsible for supporting field operations in the install and welding of helical piles and the repair and maintenance of a mobile welding truck and its supplies. Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to work closely with others and alone in a fast-paced environment.
Duties-
To support the field in the installation and welding of helical pile caps and pile extensions

Maintain a mobile welding truck and its supplies

Approach all tasks with a strong safety mindset
-
Reading and interpreting blueprints
-
Drive a truck with a trailer
-
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
-
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
-
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
-
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations or operations
-
All other duties as assigned
Skills & Requirements:
-
Proven experience in construction site environments
-
Experience with commercial driving
-
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Journeyman Red Seal Welder
-
Previous experience working with screw pile foundations
-
CWB all position SMAW
-
CWB all position FCAW
-
Clean Drivers Abstract
-
Class 5 license required
-
First Aid
-
Must be willing to work both out of town and in town

Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
Pay:$42.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
