- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in the specific subject area
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for students
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques to promote a productive classroom atmosphere
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
- Prepare students for examinations/competitions/festivals, school concerts, and students' outreach performances
Experience:
- Previous experience working with students, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of childhood development principles
- Strong classroom management skills
- Ability to effectively plan and deliver engaging lessons

Qualifications:
- Candidates with post-secondary education, preferably in music
- Candidates who are still attending post-secondary education will be considered hired under the Music Teachers' Development Program (Student Teacher)
- Those with unique and proven track record in teaching/performing experience will also be considered.
- Knowledge- familiar with RCM and ABRSM syllabus, Rockschool, and/or Trinity College London is an asset
The position requires in-person teaching.
