Responsibilities
- Assist with embroidery production and post-production finishing.
- Learn to set up and operate commercial embroidery machines.
- Follow work order instructions accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
- Load and unload garments, hats, bags, and other products onto embroidery equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Package and prepare completed orders for the next stage of production or shipment.
- Monitor machine operation and identify quality concerns during production
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of embroidery equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience operating embroidery or similar manufacturing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience is an asset.
- Ability to work well within a team.
