The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, organized Patient Care Specialist to join our Ottawa and Kingston team.
This role is more than scheduling and admin—it’s about creating a welcoming experience, supporting patients through their care journey, and being an essential part of a team that truly makes a difference.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Schedule appointments and assist with treatment estimates
- Process insurance claims and communicate with providers
- Support clinic operations in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a medical reception or similar role (preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- A positive, patient-first mindset
