Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker/Installer to join our construction and cabinetry team. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, cabinetry, and installation, with the ability to read blueprints and schematics. This role involves constructing custom cabinets, installing them on-site, and ensuring high-quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct cabinetry and related woodwork.
- Cut, shape, assemble, and finish cabinets using hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery as needed.
- Install cabinets and related fixtures on-site with precision, ensuring proper alignment and secure fastening.
- Perform restoration work on existing cabinetry or wood structures as required.
- Utilize construction painting, caulking, and finishing techniques to achieve a polished final product.
- Execute masonry tasks such as rebar installation or concrete forming when necessary for project requirements.
- Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fit of cabinets and other woodwork components.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project specifications and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in cabinet making, carpentry, woodworking, or related construction fields.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and other relevant equipment.
- Experience with installation of cabinetry, flooring installation, tile laying, roofing, siding, or general construction painting is a plus.
- Familiarity with plumbing, electrical work, heavy lifting techniques, rebar installation, or handyman experience is advantageous.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and craftsmanship quality.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various environmental conditions.

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
