Key Responsibilities
o Executing food from station at a high level of quality on a consistent basis including
product tasting on a continual basis
o Able to execute recipes from spec
o Maintaining a safe and healthy environment at all times
o Setting up, breaking down and maintaining a station for food service
o Cleaning and maintaining equipment and reporting any issues to management
o Accountable for following proper company, food & health safety and sanitation
protocols
o Willing to assist in any task when asked by management
Education & Qualifications
o Valid Food Handlers Certification
o Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and team atmosphere
o Demonstrates ability to multi-task and problem solve under pressure
o Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and
holidays as business dictates
o Eagerness to learn new skills
o Able to meet physical demands of environment, stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs

- Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where required
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Oversee kitchen operations
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
Experience:
- restaurant: 2 years (preferred)
- Line Cook: 3 years (required)
- Culinary: 3 years (preferred)
