skilled and experienced Full-time Head Chef.
Conditions
- Position: Head Chef (NOC 62200)
- Status: Full-Time, Permanent
- Wage: $38.00/hour
- Working Hours: Minimum 30 hours/week
- Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, weekends)
- Vacation: 4 % gross salary

Job Requirements
- Completion of secondary school
- 5 years or more of experience in commercial cooking experience
- Language: English
Job Duties:
· Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
· Maintain food meets quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
· Instruct kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and presentation
· Develop new recipes, improve food presentation, and refine menus
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
· Control food costs and operational expenses to adhere to the budget
· Handle customer complaints and maintain effective communication with suppliers
