Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Take drinks orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Serve beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and hospitality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and lounge space in compliance with food safety and food handling regulations
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
- Assist in setting up for events or busy periods, managing time effectively to serve multiple tables or bar patrons simultaneously
Skills
- Proven restaurant/lounge experience with strong knowledge of bar service operations and customer service excellence
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS or similar cash register platforms
- Skilled in bartending techniques, serving practices, and food handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours
- Strong communication skills to engage with guests warmly and professionally
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Experience with cashiering, food industry protocols, and hospitality best practices

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
