Overview
Diamond Shine Pro, a growing mobile car detailing company in Brampton, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality interior and exterior detailing services, ranging from basic cleaning to advanced treatments like paint correction and ceramic coatings.
A strong focus on customer service, reliability, and a passion for vehicles will be essential in delivering an outstanding experience for our clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform complete interior and exterior cleaning, including washing, waxing, and polishing.
- Vacuum and shampoo carpets, upholstery, and seats; remove stains and odors.
- Clean and polish glass, mirrors, and dashboard surfaces to a professional finish.
- Support advanced detailing services:
- Paint correction (machine polishing, swirl removal)
- Ceramic coating application
- Headlight restoration and minor scratch removal

- Inspect vehicles for damages or special areas needing attention before starting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, products, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service, clearly communicating with clients about their needs and preferences.
Experience & Requirements
- Previous detailing experience is an asset, but not required – we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality results.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working outdoors (mobile service across Brampton & GTA).
- Valid driver’s license preferred (especially for experienced detailers).
Compensation
- Helpers: $25 per car (average $100/day).
- Experienced detailers: $30–$40 per car, based on skillset (paint correction, ceramic coating, etc.).
- Performance bonuses for quality work and upsells.
- Flexible schedules (part-time, full-time, or on-call).
