Job Summary
Mastermind Youth Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and organized student for a Administrative Assistant role in Sarnia‑Lambton. In addition to supporting our youth‑focused programs, this role includes hands‑on technical responsibilities that help keep our organization running smoothly. You will assist with both administrative operations and essential IT tasks that support staff, programs, and events.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Program Support
- Coordinating scheduling, logistics, and resources for programs, camps, and events.
- Handling program registrations, payments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Assisting with general program and camp management alongside program leaders.
- Helping with event management, including logistics and planning for special events.
- Securing sponsorships and recruiting volunteers to support successful events.
- Communicating with participants, parents, and stakeholders to ensure a positive experience.
- Supporting grant applications, fundraising efforts, and organizational compliance.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program, preferably in business administration or a related field.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage registrations, payments, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with event management and securing sponsorships is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site in Sarnia, ON.
- A proactive mindset, team-oriented attitude, and attention to detail.
Compensation & Work Conditions
- Pay Rate: $18-$20 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 hours
- Work Location: On-site in Sarnia-Lambton.
