About this Role
We’re seeking an ambitious Business Operations Manager to lead and support a skilled team. If you’re passionate about fostering team success, improving efficiency, and inspiring others, this role offers a chance to drive impactful change and contribute to exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate workflow and resource allocation to support efficient operations.
- Coach, train, and mentor a team of over 20 Legal Assistants and Paralegals.
- Collaborate with leadership and management to achieve team and firm objectives.
- Lead initiatives to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Build influential relationships with team members and stakeholders.
- Provide input on hiring, onboarding, and team development.
What You Bring
- Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience and a track record of successful improvement initiatives.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Attitude: A positive, empathetic leader dedicated to fostering a culture of recognition and collaboration.
