About the Role
We are looking for motivated and dependable Kitchen Team Members to join our growing food service operation. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position supporting large-scale meal production, catering events, and food preparation for various client groups.
The ideal candidate enjoys working in a busy kitchen environment, takes pride in producing quality food, and is willing to jump in wherever needed to support the team. No two days are the same, and successful candidates will thrive in an environment that values teamwork, urgency, and attention to detail.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with food preparation, portioning, packaging, and meal assembly
- Wash, cut, measure, and organize ingredients for daily production
- Support cooks and chefs during meal preparation and service
- Prepare catering orders accurately and efficiently
- Help load, unload, and organize food, equipment, and supplies
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstations throughout the day
- Follow food safety, allergen, and sanitation standards
- Receive and store deliveries properly
- Assist with dishwashing, cleaning, and end-of-day closing duties
- Support special events and catering functions as required
- Work as part of a team to ensure meals are prepared and delivered on time

- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
- Comfortable standing for long periods and performing physical work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Food service, catering, bakery, restaurant, or kitchen experience is an asset but not required
- Food Handler Certification is an asset
