About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Subcontract Cleaner to support our team across a variety of commercial, residential, and post‑construction cleaning projects. This role is ideal for an experienced cleaner who takes pride in delivering high‑quality work and can manage tasks independently pays attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and high‑touch surfaces
- Complete deep‑cleaning tasks such as scrubbing floors, washing walls, and removing buildup
- Follow site‑specific cleaning checklists and scope‑of‑work requirements
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively
- Restock consumables (paper products, soap, sanitizers)
- Report damages, maintenance issues, or supply shortages
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate with supervisors to ensure timely completion of tasks
Qualifications
- Experience in commercial
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Comfortable using cleaning tools and equipment (vacuums, scrubbers, etc.)
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
