Reporting to the Talent Acquisition, Team Lead, the Talent Acquisition Consultant, Healthcare Leading Projects will take on the full cycle recruitment of CTG roles. You will be providing your talent acquisition expertise across multiple business lines within CTG. This role is all about building engagement and providing a white-glove personalized experience to candidates across various business lines.
This is a 6-month contract in a hybrid environment of in-office and home and is based in our Mississauga office.
What you'll be doing:
- You are recruitment. You have complete ownership of the recruitment cycle from intake, sourcing, interviewing, providing offers, and onboarding the new hire until their first day.
- You build relationships. You will be supporting internal stakeholders to deliver their talent acquisition needs while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
- You are candidate-centric, you are CTG's Brand Ambassador and are committed to providing an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience in everything that you do.
- You are agile. CTG is a fast-paced environment, and our Talent Acquisition Consultants have a strong sense of urgency. To meet our deliverables, you are not afraid to take risks and learn to pivot to attract and hire the right candidate for the right role.
Skills needed for success:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably within the healthcare industry. A strong focus on sourcing processes, procedures, and various recruitment tools is ideal
- Building on Brand Awareness comes second nature to you. Use different avenues like social media to promote CTG and connect with candidates
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to establish rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- You are curious and don't settle for the status quo. You constantly look for ways to strengthen and improve your craft as a talent acquisition specialist. You don't settle for anything less than recruitment excellence
