We’re looking for motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and take pride in maintaining clean, well-kept landscapes. This role involves turf care, pruning, planting, and general property maintenance beginning in April, and continuing through October 2026.
Summary
This position involves maintaining residential, commercial and/or golf course properties to ensure clean, healthy, and attractive outdoor spaces.
The Ideal candidates are dependable, physically capable, and able to work efficiently as part of a team in varying weather conditions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Golf course and site maintenance including mowing, trimming, weeding
- Pruning shrubs and small trees
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and seasonal plants
- Leaf cleanup and debris removal
- Mulching and basic landscape upkeep
- Maintaining ponds and water features
- Operating landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Following safety procedures and company standards

Required Experience
- Previous landscaping, grounds maintenance, or golf course maintenance experience preferred (but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ambitious, self motivated and goal oriented
- Physically able to lift, bend, and perform manual labor
- Experience in operating landscaping tools and equipment
- Availability to work some Saturday’s will be given priority
