Tagetik Senior Business Analyst
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Propose and design and manage improvement and new functionalities of the application in coordination with other applications
- Propose and design and manage improvements on the process and on the reporting
- Governance for the proposed improvements, design and production phases.
- Support the users during the budgetary process
- Member of Finance team
- Business partner with IT teams
- Manage and organize each release
- SPOC (single point of contact) on the topic regarding Budget elaboration and other main processes supported by the application
- Prepare business requirements and ensure that the documentation is up-to-date
- Handle trainings, presentations and change management on the application
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Engineer or Information Technology
- 5+ years experience within Financial Services.
- Experience as business analyst or management accountant is required
- Experience in implementation and support of budgeting/planning tools
- In depth knowledge of Tagetik ideally was part of an integrator team and other CPM tools (an asset)
- ETL tools (Extract Transform and Load)
- Ability to report in a synthetic manner
- Capacity to perform rigorous analysis
- Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, to prioritize and to manage pressure
- Ability to adapt to change and transformation in a rapidly growing environment
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
