We’re looking for a creative and digitally savvy Marketing & Communications Coordinator to help grow our brand, social media presence and business development activities. This is an ideal opportunity for an early-career professional with strong Canva, social media and content creation skills who wants to contribute to a growing consulting firm.

What You’ll Do
- Create engaging LinkedIn and social media content aligned with the Kairos brand.
- Design professional graphics, presentations, brochures and marketing materials using Canva and PowerPoint.
- Support social media planning, content calendars and marketing campaigns.
- Assist with website content, digital marketing and basic SEO initiatives.
- Research prospective clients and support lead generation and business development activities.
- Help create client presentations, proposals, executive briefings and consulting materials.
- Conduct research on HR, leadership and organizational effectiveness trends.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, social media, content creation or a related field. Relevant internship, co-op or freelance experience may be considered.
- Strong Canva skills and demonstrated social media experience are essential.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and excellent written communication skills.
- Strong eye for design, branding and attention to detail.
- Creative, organized and comfortable working independently.
- Experience with WordPress, SEO, LinkedIn Sales Navigator or digital marketing tools is an asset.
- Interest in consulting, HR and business development is an asset.

Contract Details
Contract: 3–6 months, with potential for extension
Hours: 30–40 hours per week
