  • Continuing operations in accordance with policies and procedures; communicating needed changes
  • Completing additional tasks as needed
  • Detecting flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents
  • Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
  • Maintaining data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks
  • Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive materials
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
  • Fulfill a data entry speed of 5,000 keystrokes per hour with 100% accuracy
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
  • Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Expertise in data entry
  • Deep understanding of numeric data entry
  • Strong communication and social skills
