Sedgman is currently recruiting for a Mechanical Designer , with hands-on experience on projects ranging from conceptual design to detailed engineering. This person will be based out of our Vancouver office. The ideal incumbent will have robust experience in detailed design and layout of ore handling systems in mining/heavy industrial projects
The Mechanical Designer works on a diverse array of projects across the Mineral Processing industry. You'll be involved in the entire design process, from concept to detailed design, with a clear focus on Mechanical expertise.

Must have 5-7 years industry experience in a design / consultancy environment, preferably supporting mining, minerals processing, or heavy industries.
Salary Range: $90,000 - 112,000
The salary offered to the successful person for this position will consider education, experience, relevant skills and capability, geographic location and market conditions at the time of hire.
