We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Team Lead Cleaner to help lead our growing team.
Position: Team Lead Cleaner
Pay: $24/hour
What we’re looking for:
- Strong attention to detail
- Leadership and communication skills
- Cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support cleaning teams
- Ensure high cleaning standards are maintained
- Complete residential, commercial, and Airbnb cleans
- Training and supporting new team members
- Managing quality checks and organization on site
