L'usine de Lachine recherche un technicien en électromécanique ou électromécanicien autonome, débrouillard, dynamique avec de fortes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes (trouble shooting) mécaniques et électriques
RELEVANT DU : Superviseur de Maintenance
LIEU : Lachine
À titre d'électromécanicien, votre fonction principale sera de soutenir les opérations en mettant à profit vos connaissances techniques (mécaniques et électriques). Pour ce faire, vous aurez à analyser et localiser les problèmes sur différents équipements de production. De plus, vous serez appelé à effectuer différentes réparations et modifications sur les équipements, effectuer la maintenance préventive et à participer à différent projet ayant pour but l’amélioration du procédé.
LES PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS PEUVENT COMPRENDRE :
· Participer au programme d’entretien préventif des machines
· Installation et réparation d’équipement
· Machiner des pièces et en souder certaines
· Dépannage mécanique : Lecture de plan, interventions Mécanique, hydraulique et pneumatique
· Dépannage électrique : Lecture de plan, utilisation de logiciel Siemens Simatic Manager S7 et TIA Portal

QUALIFICATIONS (formation et expérience)
· DEP en électromécanique
· 2 à 3 années d’expérience

Lachine plant is looking for a self-sufficient, resourceful, dynamic electro-mechanical technician with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills to join its team.
REPORTING TO: Maintenance Supervisor
LOCATION: Lachine
As an electromechanical technician, your main function will be to support operations by putting your technical knowledge (mechanical and electrical) to good use. To do this, you will have to analyze and troubleshoot problems on various production equipment. In addition, you will be called upon to perform various repairs and modifications on equipment, perform preventive maintenance and participate in various projects aimed at improving our equipment’s performance.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
· Participate in the preventive maintenance program of the machines
· Install and repair equipment
· Machining parts and welding some of them
· Mechanical troubleshooting: Reading of plans, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic interventions
· Electrical troubleshooting: Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, familiarity with PLCs, motors and sensors
· Knowledge of safety procedures and basic electrical code compliance

QUALIFICATIONS (education and experience)
· DEP in electromechanics
· 2 to 3 years of experience maintaining automated or electromechanical systems
