Role: Workday Canadian Payroll Subject Matter Expert (Client-Side)
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:
- Vendor Leadership Background: Strong history leading payroll workstreams within an implementation consulting firm, including hands-on experience delivering at least two full-lifecycle Workday implementations for global organizations.
- Deep Canadian Payroll & HR Knowledge: Comprehensive expertise in Canadian payroll operations, tax compliance, labor laws, social insurance standards, and cross-border/expat payroll considerations.
- Workday Configuration Skills: 3+ years of direct experience administering and configuring Workday Payroll, including data structures, integration verification, and system settings troubleshooting.
- Implementation Testing: 4+ years leading end-to-end Workday testing strategy, defining detailed test scenarios, and driving parallel payroll processing cycles.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Clear communicator capable of translating business requirements into technical specs, managing vendor deliverables, and driving issue resolution.
Pay: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
