This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with equipment, takes pride in producing quality work, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous machining or CNC experience is an asset, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
What You'll Do
As a Machine Operator / Labourer, you'll support our manufacturing operations by:
- Operating and assisting with conventional and CNC machine tools
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Measuring and inspecting finished products using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and verniers
- Recording inspection results and reporting any deviations from specifications
- Performing routine preventative maintenance on equipment
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assisting other departments as needed to support operational requirements
- Following all MANTL safety policies and procedures

Qualifications
Assets (not required):
- Experience operating conventional or CNC machine equipment
- Experience using precision measuring tools, including:
- Micrometers
- Calipers
- Gauges
- Verniers
- Knowledge of machining processes, materials, and tolerances
- Experience reading engineering drawings and blueprints

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a physically demanding environment
Work Environment
This position is based in our Lloydminster manufacturing facility and operates in a fast-paced, production-focused environment. You'll work with a team dedicated to producing high-quality products while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Schedule
- Permanent, full-time position
- 40 hours per week
- Day shift
- Weekend work as operationally required
